Trees Atlanta Treekeepers Certification Program
– TreeKeepers is Trees Atlanta’s volunteer training and certification program that applies skill, appreciation, and pride to the stewardship of our urban forest. TreeKeepers consists of seven workshops, including indoor & outdoor activities, presentations, and engaging hands-on demonstrations. Program Dates: August 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, and September 11th, 18th, and 25th, 9:00 am – 12 noon. (Cost: $65 - 4 scholarships are available).

Walk for Lunch
– Join in a new fitness program for employees that includes a Subway lunch! Walk For Lunch is a new 8-day fitness program designed to encourage downtown companies, governments, and employees to walk approximately 2 miles a day, 2 days a week, along 4 suggested walking routes in downtown Atlanta during the lunch hour. This program runs from October 5th to October 28th, 2010 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm at Woodruff Park. Registration Details
